4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or payment issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
• Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped, and you can track your order through our website.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier service and destination.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Refunds or replacements are available only for products that arrive damaged or spoiled.
• An unedited parcel opening video is mandatory for all damage claims.
• Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
